InContext Solutions is looking to hire a motivated and entrepreneurially-minded WebGL engineer for its Chicago office. This person will be responsible for leading HTML5/WebGL development across our numerous products and services, including our ShopperMX platform and Market Research services. The WebGL Engineer will be interacting with a team of brilliant 3D artists, 3D tools engineers, 3D game engineers and software engineers to develop and bring to market new tools and offerings, building from the ground up in a scalable manner on top of a robust Service Oriented Architecture. Included in the responsibilities will be informing requirements for our 3D content pipeline to make sure 3D content can be onboarded in a scalable manner across all rendering systems (WebGL + Game Engines). This person will also take part in research and development for new services and offerings as new browser technologies arrive.
The WebGL Engineer will report to someone within the technology leadership structure, which is flat, to basically solve challenging problems day in and day out. This person will work closely with all engineering and content creation functions within the company to help us achieve our goals. Expect to change the world.
Ideal candidates will be local (based in Chicago) and have availability to start a new full time position in the next 3-6 weeks. The interview process should take no more than 2-4 weeks from initial phone interview to offer letter.
