All our developers are encouraged to work on the front end and back end of the sites and apps but we like to have a balance of experts in different areas to help spread the knowledge. The ideal candidate has a passion for engineering and keeps up to date with the latest developments and frameworks in the front end arena.
Our current technology stack includes Ruby, Sinatra, Cucumber, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, EmberJS, AngularJS and jQuery. We regularly explore new technologies and frameworks so getting complacent is not an option.
