You will be working with multiple teams, local and remote (but on close timezone!) meaning that great organizational and communication skills are really important. We expect you to work closely with the customer to understand the big picture requirements and then lead a team of architects in order to detail, design, and deliver solutions for the customer. We will build together critical applications for our clients, with complex business rules and extremely high quality standards. It´s a big challenge.
We expect that you can contribute to our quest for continuous improvements, tirelessly seeking ever-increasing productivity and quality levels by evaluating and choosing tools, processes and technologies, and putting them into practice.
We also need you to be experienced in the Microsoft .NET platform. And, it would be great if you have knowledge or experience with Agile/Scrum. Also, the more knowledge you have on the platforms and frameworks below, the better your chances are:
- ASP.Net MVC
- nHibernate or Entity Framework
- BDD tools, like SpecFlow
- Javascript frameworks, such as Angular.JS
- HTML5/Javascript/CSS
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software Development, with at least 3 years working as a Software Architect.
