Madison is a midtown firm specializing in Employee Incentives looking for an in-office, SQL/Front-End Developer to join the team.
This individual will design, build, and maintain custom solutions for clients using Microsoft tools. All candidates should be detail-oriented and possess strong personal management skills.
A bachelor's degree in MIS/IT is preferred, but not required.
2-5 years of full, hands-on life-cycle experience using ASP and SQL Server is required.
Here is a description of what the daily duties will entail:
Maintain existing website and develop new applications using ASP.NET MVC, Web API and Web Forms (C#)
Proficiency in the following technologies:

ASP.Net MVC 4
.NET Web API
SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher
HTML 5
CSS 3
JavaScript & jQuery
AJAX
Knockout.js
Angular.js
Proficiency in Object-oriented design principles and industry standard design patterns.
Design, code, test and debug applications to provide solutions based on business requirements
Develop new programs with an emphasis on the user experience
Researching and correcting system bugs
Work with designers and other developers to implement new features
Strong knowledge of SQL, which includes stored procedures, tables, views, triggers, user functions, etc.
Writing and executing complex reports using T-SQL
Experience with Microsoft Windows Azure technologies is a plus.
Ability to support an ADFS SAML single sign-on is preferred, but not required

Demonstrated knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to work with third party consultants and vendors
