Here at Perfit, we develop software solutions for the heavy-duty truck and trailer maintenance industry. Our customers love our focused and analytical approach to designing business management software, and we think it’s pretty darn good too.

Our product, EMDECS, runs on Oracle ADF 11g – we’re ahead of the curve and we like it that way.  To continue the growth and expansion of our team and vision for Perfit, we are currently looking for an Oracle Developer to contribute to the ongoing design, development, and support of this customer facing, cloud-based application. The nature of this role would involve hands-on creation, evaluation and design of the software, including technical review and analysis of source code, as well as good ole’ fashioned problem solving.

As a Developer, you have an astute understanding of multi-tiered development environments, understanding of underlying business processes, and extensive experience constructing Oracle based enterprise systems, leveraging supported Oracle application frameworks and middleware technology.

Our next great hire would be expected to:

  • Deliver high-quality code using Oracle ADF 11gin accordance with Perfit standards, on a mixed MAC OSX / Windows environment

  • Conduct necessary testing and code reviews, working towards optimal design elements and functionality

  • Develop UI components for various client layers with an eye for design thinking and ‘minimal clicks’

  • Collaborate with our Customer Experience team to troubleshoot issues reported by our clients

  • Utilize Perfit’s internal workflow tools such as Jira, Agile (Kanban), Bonfire, Balsamiq and Hudson to capitalize on optimal efficiency and output capabilities
