Our Technical Support Enablement team builds and manages the technical solutions that help us achieve Customer Success. Our Tools Engineers are responsible for the tools that help create a smooth and satisfying customer experience as we mature as a company.
You will be working on innovative and effective solutions that help connect our external customers with our internal team and that make sure those interactions are as elegant and efficient as our awesome product offerings.
You might be a good fit if you can connect easily and communicate fluently with both technically deep engineers and more business-focused individuals. You get the agile (or SaaS) lifecycle, incremental delivery, continuous deployment, and everything about "Lean Startup". You're someone who acts with drive and urgency, yet always takes the time to listen and to do the right thing. You are constantly seeking new ways to create the best possible customer experience in the projects you deliver.
Proven knowledge and experience in the following areas will help you stand out:
- Ruby on Rails
- Python
- JavaScript (Ember.js or Angular.js)
- Small app development
- Help desk administrative experience
- Experience with Support productivity tools and related API development
