You:
We're looking for an experienced front end all-rounder who can come in as the first member of what we view as a key team going forward, to help us drive our mobile-first responsive JS app.
The platform is modern (no legacy IE!) and fast-moving, as the first full time in-house front end developer there will be plenty of opportunity to have a lot of input in all areas.
The ability to get started quickly is important but we have an ambitious roadmap and there will be plenty of room for learning and growth along the way.
The Project:
We're nearing completion of a responsive, mobile-first rebuild of a web application which helps students discover and access pathways through study and work to their dream careers.
This isn't a jobs board or bland government information site like most of the traditional "careers" sites you're probably familiar with. It is a modern JS application with a strong focus on data and social environment, designed to provide a guide for students which carries them through subject selection in high school, part-time work and internships all the way to graduating from university or further training and landing their dream job.
