First Insight, Inc. is seeking a well-qualified and experienced Software Engineer. We are looking for strong Java developers with strong test-driven development experience and a desire to make an impact in a fast-growing company. You will build web and mobile solutions that will enable global retailers and brand manufacturers make better product selection, pricing, and buy quantity decisions.
Responsibilities
- Use your knowledge of Java, Struts, Hibernate, ext js, and your penchant for designing scalable systems to continuously improve InsightSUITE and the consumer engagement framework it currently supports.
- We have real technical partnerships with third party enterprise software companies - not just ones that marketing people talk about. You will also be designing, implementing, and enhancing these technical integrations.
- A passion for Agile methodologies and a willingness to be part of our Agile teams.
- Collaboration with offshore testing team and a willingness to test when needed.
- Participate and become a key player on R&D projects as needed.
- Provide technical guidance to junior members of the team.
