We are seeking exceptional software engineers to join our team as we move our products and services to the next level. Your web development and software engineering experience allow you to quickly become a valuable contributor. You are a quick learner but already familiar with the issues related to delivering high quality software in an agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers. Take responsibility for your team from both a technical and administrative perspective
- Be able to contribute at a code level to software engineering efforts
- Ensure software development standards and processes are followed and work towards continuous improvement in this area
- Act as scrum master on software development efforts
- Be familiar with new technologies, processes and techniques and be prepared to guide their introduction into the engineering team.
- Be a leader in defining the architectural direction of the company's products.
- Become a subject matter expert on RBM’s application software
