You are self-propelling, brutally honest and you dare to choose
You are rocking the boat.

What you’ll do

You are our scaling guru. You develop SnappCar’s platform into a lean and mean peer-to-peer carsharing machine. Everything you do is about scalability and robustness. You test extraordinary well, set high-quality standards and move the needle for solid coding.

In more detail…

  • You make our platform scalable, from multi-currency, to multi-lingual to large numbers of transactions, suitable to conquer Europe in the next years, for ten thousands of new visitors a day. You will be working closely with A-players, mostly with our Lead Developer and your fellow coders.

  • You show robustness throughout all your work. You work independently, communicate well and thrive in a small and hands-on team. You demonstrate a very high quality standard and beautiful code.

  • You produce kickass code, ensuring our application to be suitable for high volumes. You are responsible for backend innovations, all external interfaces and back-office functionality, developing it using several computer languages. You expand the number of interfaces to suit multiple countries.

  • You know how to make use of the latest technologies and keep up with current conventions in developer and hacker communities.

  • You are eager to learn new techniques, and face the challenges this job will put you through. You think in solutions rather than problems. You work in a structured, efficient manner, adhered to the team.
