What Drives Success in this Role
An engineer for a tech startup is not for everyone. You will need the ability and drive to take ownership of any project thrown at you. Some of these projects will involve major architectural changes like designing and building a new analytics subsystem. Others will require deep thinking like tweaking the scheduling algorithm. Others will need UX skills to build a new game mechanism to improve engagement. While we don’t know all the projects that are going to come down the pike, we do know that they will challenge your engineering skills.
