What’s in it for you:
As the Tech Lead you will need to communicate effectively, adapt to changing requirements, estimate work efforts, and provide frequent status updates to the product owner. This role involves working independently with minimal supervision. You will have the opportunity to be part of a new vertical for Ipreo with exciting new product offerings.
What you’ll work on:
- Own and be responsible for overall sprint outcomes.
- Define best practices and coding standards for the team and for each project.
- Remove technical impediments for other team members and help design solutions.
- Update sprint tracker with accurate information to identify risks and issues proactively at the sprint level
- Conduct project risk identification, and mitigate action planning with the PM at the project level
- Constantly look for ways to increase the team’s velocity by eliminating waste.
- Report on the status of identified risks, explanations, and solutions.
- Track and resolve issues wherever possible.
- Promptly escalate unresolved issues to the reporting manager.
- Strive to maintain zero surprises throughout the SDLC, and proactively react to any that occur.
