Front-End Developer

Sphere of Influence is seeking exceptional Front End Developers interested in working on several software products that will change the world. The candidate will work on the team responsible for all user-facing aspects of a new on-line product. Imputing quality in the design and implementation is crucial, with particular attention to the interactive experiences. The technology stack will be HTML5/CSS3/JS on the client side and C#.net on the server side. No experience with Big Data or Advanced Data Analytics is necessary, yet both will be used extensively by other teams – making experience a plus. The position reports to the Product Development Lead who is responsible for the interactive face of the product. The position offers a nice blend of autonomy while also being part of a high-performing integrated product team.
What You Will Do
- Perform as a strong individual contributor working on a high-performance team
- Solve and articulate complex problems with application design, development, and user experience
- Shape data analytics for human consumption and crafting enticing interactive experiences
- Collaborate with users, and other developers throughout the development process
Skills You Will Need
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a solid software engineering background are essential
- BS/BA in computer science or equivalent in related technical experience
- Experience with commercial software product development experience and prefers working front-end (UI/Ux) components
- As there might be some mobile development, iOS and Android experience is a plus
