We're looking for a talented individual who is passionate about great software and wants to be a part of a team that is trying to change the world. Your role would be to work alongside a small team of bright and friendly Economists to develop new software applications that aim to make business case analysis of infrastructure projects a mainstream and common procedure. We work on a daily basis to quantify costs or benefits that previously were considered to be "unquantifiable". You would be a key member of a team that is at the forefront of a movement to not only create, but also standardize the tools used for valuation of infrastructure and public building projects.
Essentially, we are looking for a full stack developer or somebody with aspirations and the potential to be a full stack developer. Your role would be quite dynamic over the first year as we expect to grow the team quickly through 2014. Initially, you would be our main internal programmer, working alongside our software developing partners to shape the final release of our first AutoCASE product line, while also working on the early stages of programming the beta software for our next product line. You would participate in the entire software development cycle. This would start with programming the back-end of our software and would also involve working with our executives and product manager in designing the UI and developing new features for our software. You would likely work as one of the leaders of the software engineering team as we add new developers to our roster.
