We are looking for a freelance developer that can come up to speed quickly with the team and make an immediate impact within a few sprints. You will write code, influence architecture decisions and help maintain our existing technology. You will also be comfortable making good decisions about important things without much oversight.
We are an agile dev shop that moves at a steady pace with one week sprints and deployments every two weeks. Communication on the team is pretty solid with questions and concerns being addressed as fast as possible.
For the right person, we are willing to allow remote work, but we would like to see you in the office once or twice a week.
