DRW is looking for an outstanding Software Engineer with diverse skills to join our team. We're looking for polyglot programmers that take an active interest in software craftsmanship and finding better ways to code.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement applications with varying complexity, applications that run on single host, to applications that run on multiple hosts in multiple datacenters
- Perform hands-on development, design, and testing of proprietary applications, many of them critical to the business
- Collaborate. You'll be working with various software, IT, and trading support teams so we hope you have good interpersonal skills
- Do you follow TDD best practices? Good,we'll get along just fine.
- Do you consider yourself a polyglot or language agnostic. Great! You'll get a chance to code in multiple languages, across a variety of platforms
- Mentor and help Jr. developers and IT members with limited development experience
