You’ll have a seat at the executive table, reporting directly to the CEO. We’re expecting you to be hands-on: getting out to see clients and team members, speaking at meet-ups and getting things done.

You want to coach the world on high-velocity development stack using full Javascript Stack based UX Engineering, Agile & Lean process, Test-Driven Development, Continuous Deployment. You love the idea of developing in latest frameworks of Angular, Node, Ember, Mongo etc.
- You love meeting new clients and hearing their challenges, discussing with them the best solutions to their current and future needs. You enjoy the challenge of working on multiple platform stacks at the same time.

- You have the knack of being ahead of the technology curve and enjoy the challenge of being on the bleeding edge but helping clients stay on the leading edge.
- Your energy and passion for UX Engineering and high-performing teams makes you an advocate and evangelist and lets you reach past the InRhythm office through written word or guest speaking
What you will do in this position:
- Talent Success and Growth: Manage and hire an existing and growing team of front-end engineers while continually attracting, growing and retaining top-tier talent. Make sure all of our existing consultants are positioned for success on client projects. Scout meet-ups and conferences where our existing consultants can attend to grow.
- Thought-leadership: Be the thought-leader on high-velocity development stacks that accelerate the time to market and at the same time reduce technical debt. Be the face of InRhythm's Engineering practice - speaking at conferences and meet-ups, publishing blogs, etc. Present an innovative strategy and future direction to customers, partners, industry analysts and other areas of the organization. This includes speaking engagements, meet-ups, webinars, and customer visits
- Solutions Delivery: Meet with clients to plan the client's engagement, helping to determine which of your team would be best suited for their needs. Spend 30-40% of your time at client sites taking the development lead as a principal consultant. Make sure all the of on-going client projects are being delivered on-time and of highest quality.
- Nurture The InRhythm community: Help organize and run the InRhythm monthly meet-ups, quarterly growth summits and nurture the community of all consultants to create a shared learning environment. Promote a collaborative mindset where developers feel comfortable and the desire to reach out and help or ask questions of their co-workers
- Start and grow InRhythm Labs: InRhythm labs is going to be an incubator for InRhythm consultants to work on the internal software products that InRhythm is investing on. The goal is to rapidly deliver ideas to production every year that can see its own life soon.
