About us:
Wellist is an early-stage social impact startup currently based in Paypal’s Start Tank incubator in Boston. We are building an online marketplace where patients and family caregivers can create personalized local support guides and gift registries. Our goal is to provide a best-in-class resource to those who need day-to-day support like transportation, meal delivery and laundry services. Our first tool will be released later this year for people affected by cancer in Boston.
Skill Set (all are not required):
• Backbone.js, Sass, Compass, JavaScript, Node.js, AWS, EC2, S3, Elastic Beanstalk, Github, REST, Ubuntu
• We are lean and mean. You will report directly to our CTO, and will play a key role in building out our tech team.
• Ability to design and implement a testing strategy for Node.js and Backbone.js
• Familiarity with Phonegap, iOS, and Android are pluses but not required.

Wellist is one of the 14 companies accepted into the latest Start Tank class. The Vendor Acquisition Lead will work onsite and will have full access to all Start Tank programs and resources.
