Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver product features as per release schedule and quality expectations.
* Enhance efficiency of development process – develop tools, frameworks as required.
* Participate in the full life-cycle development process from product definition, through design, development, test, release and maintenance.
* Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Proven ability to proactively identify, analyze, recommend and/or implement solutions for problems
* Assists the development team in implementing technical designs, standards and processes, as well as provides mentoring and assistance in technical matters and issues.
* Provides advanced knowledge of currently implemented technologies
* Researches/recommends new and emerging technologies
* Identify risks an issues during planning
