What Work Will Be Like
======================
You'll be working on a small team of 3-4 developers, directly with the CTO, and
will have plenty of independence and responsibility. Your work will directly
affect the company: It will be high-stress, but meaningful.
Responsbilities will involve adding new features to, and refactoring existing
features of, Moocho's iPhone and Android apps, which are built in Titanium
Appcelerator. In addition, you'll be working on a mobile browser version of
the app, built with jquery mobile. Please take a look at the current Moocho
app in the Apple store or on Google Play to get an idea of what you'll be
working on.
Culture and Philosophy
======================
The team's code will be the shared property of everyone working on it. We'll
do regular code reviews: your own code will be reviewed, and you'll review
everyone else's code. You should be someone who's open to suggestions and does
not take critiques personally. The goal will be to create and maintain code
that is a pleasure to work with. Complex code and poor architecture should
evoke visceral disgust in you. Refactoring will be part of your daily
workflow.
