Hiring experienced lead developer to work on a large enterprise modernization project. Our initiative is to show how a small elite team (3-5 developers) using modern development practices, tools and processes can lead to better results and a happier more productive environment.
We will probably be implementing a re-write for portions of the system in Node.js but ultimately those decisions will be made by the team once they're on the project.
You must have the technical ability combined with excellent consultative, communication and leadership skills.
