As a Senior member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional, high-functioning Agile teams comprised of like-minded developers that excel in the craft of software development. You’ll provide leadership and guidance to our mid-level and junior developers. Having the passion to craft consistently high-quality code using Agile engineering practices (TDD, pairing) means you look out for what’s best for your Cyrus team and also best for the client. Being able to articulate the value of Agile engineering practices to both internal and external teams is a practice we’d look to you to uphold.
