Exciting opportunity for skilled Java developers to join a new development team being built in Prague. Our Client is a European leader in the micro-finance / payday loan sector. They are a relatively young business experiencing considerable growth across the 13 countries in which they currently operate.
Their solutions rely heavily on the automation of loan applications and processing without human interaction. The main challenge is to ensure the web interface, back-office, as well as both desktop and mobile applications are integrated seamlessly. Currently they employ approx 100 developers to achieve this, however the scope of the project is large enough to require the team to double during the next year.
Despite the companies youth there already exists 'Old Architecture' and the need for a legacy overhaul. The role of developers involves a combination of Brown and Greenfield development. This is though, an opportunity for an Innovator, creator, and technically progressive thinking developer!
