Pixability is looking for an experienced web backend developer to build the next generation of our video marketing analytics platform. Our main product is a patent-pending framework for the analysis of video metadata, viewer behavior, social network patterns and advertising performance. We help many leading brands and e-commerce companies understand how to use video to reach their target audience, provide value for consumers and optimize their video marketing.
Job description:
- Full stack/full cycle development with a focus on distributed backend data processing, particularly harvesting, processing and analysis of large datasets
- Additional topics: Public API access at scale, interfacing to visualization frameworks, performance optimization, storage scaling
- Development under agile methodology with expectation to push code to production very frequently
- Design and implement entire subsystems of our video marketing platform independently, including requirement analysis, tool selection, concept, implementation, user testing and roll-out.
