You will be one of 3 developers. You'll be joining at an early stage and will have lots of room to grow and experiment. This will be challenging and extremely hard work (and rewarding!). We like to work smart. A lot of companies equate putting in long hours with productivity. We think thats nonsense. We like to work in sprints and then take time off to recover.
A big plus if you've scaled products to tens of millions of users. We're at the million point, going to the tens of millions, and will need to re-tool a lot of our architecture. We'd love it if you've dealt with optimizing DB clusters, hadoop, relational DBs, Node.js, advanced JS (jquery doesn't count).
