We are looking for smart and inquisitive people that enjoy exploring new technologies. Since our Quality Engineering team covers a wide range of technology, each person gets to chose their own niche. You could spend your time building test servers and infrastructure or you could be a PHP expert and rarely ever log in to a server. Perhaps you have an interest in security or test metrics or something we haven’t thought of. Whatever your interest is, we can work with it. The perfect candidate will have experience in several areas of computer science. You should love diving into code to solve a problem, automating tasks, have a strong attention to detail, and enjoy researching new technologies. Our Quality Engineering Team works on all aspects of our site. As such, we focus on understanding multiple technologies and how they interact with other.
Responsibilities could include any of the following projects:
- Develop a custom tool Behance Builder to build out our applications.
- Figure out how to build a scalable and distributed application test infrastructure in Amazon Web Services.
- Architect and implement an end-to-end Continuous Deployment System.
- Build a testing framework for Chef and infrastructure testing in Amazon Web Services.
- Build and implement performance and security testing
- Create a Selenium testing framework (Paige)
- Enforce code quality
