Are you passionate about building a quality product that people LOVE using and just plain works? Are you a software engineer who’s entrepreneurial at heart and loves working in fast paced environments with highly collaborative teams? Do you want to be an early employee on a team that’s being rebuilt where you can make a huge difference?
Role Description
PSiGate software engineers have a penchant for solving unique problems; if you thrive on gaining a deep understanding of the latest technologies, you will love working with us. If you’ve ever found yourself saying “The development process would work so much better if we did it this way, took that approach, or took advantage of a new framework,” then you’re the person we’re looking for. This unique role carries a high level of influence and will shape how the development team gets working products out the door. If that wasn’t enough, you’ll also be at the forefront of developing the next generation PsiGate’s products and services, some of which will be pioneering firsts in the payments industry.

- Complete at least 2 back-end integration projects.
- Establish a product release schedule.
- Create a build process that maximizes the flow of product deliveries.
- Document the current state of our application architecture and identify key areas to improve our application robustness and usability.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with program managers to design applications and application architectures from business and functional requirements.
- Work with project managers to create work plans and test plans.
- Write server-side code for web-based applications, create robust high-volume production middle tier applications, and develop prototypes quickly.
- Build secure, scalable, and reusable platforms using your strong background in databases, networking, and cryptography.
