Uncorked Studios needs you! We are growing our mobile development team and are looking for a skilled iOS contractor who would be interested in a full-time position in the longer term.
We are seeking iOS developers who love writing and perfecting code in increments, enjoy building stable architecture, and take pride in achieving stated goals. You should be self-driven to learn, grow, and wrangle problems to the ground with technical expertise. And not only write code, but also be adept at interpreting visual designs and assets from the design team and able to provide constructive feedback to elevate the work.

Mobile development is one of our core competencies, so candidates should have built, or been a part of a team that has built and successfully launched mobile applications. Skills & Requirements
First and foremost you should be prepared to learn what you don’t know, since we’re always tackling new problems. The following languages, technologies, and platforms are already part of our domain, so please let us know where you stand with these as well as any additional tech/skills that you excel in.
Priority skills:
Objective C/Cocoa, iOS specific development
Other skills:
OpenGL, Cocos2D, Java, Javascript, CSS/HTML5, Android, Responsive web design.
Nice-to-haves:
Silverlight (WP7), Kinect, Arduino, node.js
Open to developers of all levels. Ideal candidate has a 4 year CS or Engineering degree and 4 to 15 years of coding experience but passion and ability matter far more than degrees and diplomas.
Role is onsite in Portland, Oregon.
