Summit's software manages every step of this process, and we need your brain to help us improve it
We're seeking a developer with a love of all things back-end. This person likes to talk about things like hashing strategies, cache-locality, data normalization and complexity. This position is perfect for someone with a solid grasp of Python and SQL. The closest you'll get to UI programming is making docs for an API you write. And hopefully you'll figure out a way to automate that too.
Your Mission (should you choose to accept it)
- Design and own the data model of future software projects (From the SQL Schema to re-usable libraries)
- Maintain and improve business critical software using Python and Javascript. (Mostly Python)
- Connect the dots of various backend business components (ERP, CRM etc...)
- Set the standards for code formatting, testing, documentation, and schema design of all backend components
